Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) are an innovatively direct means to offset the carbon emissions impact on the environment associated with an organization's emissions footprint.
eMission Solutions procures RECs from a national portfolio of suppliers, guaranteeing our customers a cost-advantage for environmental benefits. A RECs purchase will enable your organization to acquire all of the environmental attributes of renewable power generation – at a cost effective rate independent of your retail power supply.
Product Details:
Offset via wind, solar and biomass (from select suppliers) RECs.

RECs will be sourced from new renewable power generation units as defined by the Green-e® national certification standard.
The RECs will be generated either in the calendar year in which they are delivered to your organization and/or meet the Green-e® national certification standard for eligible vintages.
All RECs will be purchased from facilities located within the United States.

RECs supplied will be retired in the name of your organization and will not be used to meet a state’s Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS).
All purchases are verifiable and auditable through the complete chain of custody.
